Ladywood Lodge is a delightful detached country cottage in an
idylic garden and woodland setting above Grasmere and Rydal Water,
an area much loved by the Wordsworths and much written about by
Dorothy in her famous diaries.
The cottage was originally built in 1914 as the study for Ernest
De'Selincourt, and later converted to provide comfortable studio
style accommodation for two people.
